Cybersecurity that protects your business without slowing it down
Ransomware, phishing and account takeovers target small and mid-sized businesses every day. We put layered protection in place, watch for threats and help you meet the security requirements your customers, insurers and regulators expect.
No single tool stops every attack
Effective security combines several layers, so when one is bypassed, the next one catches it. These are the layers we build and manage for our clients.
Endpoint detection & response
Managed threat detection on every computer and server, with security specialists investigating suspicious activity and isolating infected devices.
Email security
Advanced filtering that blocks phishing, malicious links and impersonation attempts before they reach your inbox, plus guidance on spotting what gets through.
Firewalls & network security
Business-class firewalls, secure remote access and segmented networks that keep guest Wi-Fi, production equipment and office systems apart.
DNS & web filtering
Blocks access to malicious and unwanted websites on and off the office network, stopping many attacks before they start.
Patching & hardening
Timely operating system and software updates, secure configurations and removal of unneeded access that attackers exploit.
Backup & recovery
Protected, monitored backups and a tested plan to restore operations if ransomware or hardware failure hits.
Most breaches start with a stolen password
Compromised accounts are one of the most common ways attackers get in. We lock down how your team signs in and what they can reach.
- Multi-factor authentication across email, remote access and key applications
- Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace security policies
- Admin account separation and least-privilege access
- Prompt offboarding when employees leave
- Periodic reviews of who has access to what
Help meeting security requirements
More customers, insurers and regulators now require documented security controls. We put the technical controls in place and help you document them.
FTC Safeguards Rule
Auto dealerships and other businesses that handle customer financial information must meet specific security requirements, including MFA, encryption, monitoring and a written security program.
Dealership ITCMMC & NIST 800-171
Manufacturers in the defense and aerospace supply chain face growing cybersecurity requirements from their customers. We help close the technical gaps.
Manufacturing ITCyber insurance
Insurers increasingly require MFA, endpoint protection, backups and other controls before they'll write or renew a policy. We help you check the boxes and keep premiums down.
Cybersecurity questions
Is my business too small to be a target?
No. Many attacks are automated and go after whoever is easiest to break into, regardless of size. Smaller businesses are often targeted precisely because they tend to have fewer protections in place.
Isn't antivirus enough?
Traditional antivirus only catches known threats. Modern attacks use stolen passwords, phishing and legitimate tools that antivirus misses. Endpoint detection and response, email security, MFA and good backups together provide much stronger protection.
What should we do if we think we've been hacked?
Call us right away at 833.849.8324. Disconnect affected computers from the network if you can, but don't turn them off or delete anything, since that evidence helps with cleanup and any insurance claim.
Is cybersecurity included in your managed IT plans?
Core protections like endpoint security, patching, email security and backup monitoring are part of our managed IT services. Additional tools and compliance work can be added based on your industry and requirements.
